This is Mr. Fox, he started his teaching career at Morey Middle School 25 years ago. He has served the district in many different ways. He has been a classroom teacher for 17 years, the President of the Denver Classroom Teachers Association for 4 years, and 4 years as a building administrator. The 2012-2013 school year is his first here at TJ and it is going very good. The students enjoy the class and leave having learned a lot about art.
Mr. Russell came to TJ for the 2012-2013 school year. Sadly he will not be returning, he has decided to retire. But while he has been here students have liked the ceramics program more and more. Befor Mr. Russell came to TJ he spent 20 years at West teaching art and he was in the Peace Corps in Liberia West Africa in the late 70's. Mr. Russell will be missed next year but he has taught the students ere much and we hope the next teacher will b as good.
